I had previously purchased a used vehicle through Barry Cullen back in approximately 2018 and, while not dissatisfied with what had transpired, I was left with a foul taste in my mouth. Recently, I was in the market for a new used vehicle and the make/model I was specifically looking for was difficult to find. I had put an inqury in on their website to take a look at a used Traverse and was put in contact with Shae. An appointment had been made to test drive same; however, the vehicle was sold prior to my being able to come in. Shae advised that this make would often come through the doors and he would keep me in mind. True to his word, I got a text from Shae stating that a 2018 Traverse had come into the lot and he sent me a walk around video promptly. We were in to see it not long after – there hadn’t even been photos posted to the website yet, he had been that on the ball! Shortly after the vehicle was purchased, I had reached out to him regarding a check engine light coming on and he handled everything with ease – got the vehicle in to the service department to be looked at and made sure I had a commuter vehicle in the meantime. I am absolutely blown away by the service received from Shae, as it has entirely taken the bad taste out of my mouth that had been left there previously. If you’re in the market for a Chevy (or a vehicle from their used lot), my family and I would 1000% suggest you speak with Shae….
