Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

Barry Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac Ltd. is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.

It is our goal to ensure that we are an inclusive organization that provides opportunities for people with disabilities. We currently employ staff with learning disabilities and our proud of how they have integrated with our work force and become equal contributors to our success.

Barry Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac strives to meet the needs of its employees and customers with disabilities and is working to remove and prevent barriers to accessibility.

Our Goals:

  • We are currently working to improve access to our showroom through remote access doors.
  • Continue to provide training on Ontario’s accessibility laws and the Ontario Human Rights Code through the Dealer Pilot training program.
  • Be aware of job opportunities and how to accommodate a candidate/employee that has a disability.
  • Remove and remove barriers when we are considering any renovation work to our physical property.

This plan is designed to be reviewed annually to ensure that we are meeting our goals.
